One work is an open building site today: the new school at Nyadorera, St. Rose of Lima — a KSh 110 million project, raised and built stage by stage. It is not finished, and it is looking for friends willing to build with a project rather than after it.
From the Delegation
St. Rose of Lima New School Project was launched on 26 September 2026 with marathons, sports, and a family walk with white balloons to raise awareness of child protection.

A Delegation of Charity
The year the first Orionine missionary arrived in Kenya
Religious communities across five dioceses
Orione Centres serving children with special needs
The Sons of Divine Providence came to Kenya in 1996, in the footsteps of the Little Missionary Sisters of Charity, who had arrived in 1979 and through whom the first Kenyan vocations were found. From a single house on Langata South Road grew parishes, schools, centres for children with disabilities, dispensaries and farms. On 12 March 2024, in Tortona, the Delegation “Our Lady of the Rosary” was formally erected — a Kenyan chapter of a family present in 34 countries, with its own government and its own sons serving across the Congregation.
Prayer of the day
“Only Charity will save the world.”
